Terms of Service
Welcome to AVIRA (“AVIRA,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of aviracollective.co (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1) Eligibility & User Responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to make purchases. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order and to maintain the security of any account credentials.
2) Products, Descriptions & Accuracy
We strive to display our jewelry accurately. However, colors and finishes may vary slightly based on device settings, lighting, and natural variation in materials. Minor variations do not constitute defects.
We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue products without notice.
3) Pricing, Taxes & Promotions
All prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Promotional offers are subject to terms and may change without notice. Pricing errors may result in order cancellation and refund.
4) Orders, Acceptance & Cancellations
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. AVIRA may accept or decline orders at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, inventory limits, pricing errors).
Cancellations: Requests may be made within 24 hours of purchase by emailing anmol@aviracollective.co. If fulfillment has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
5) Payment & Billing
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. Failed or reversed payments may result in order cancellation.
6) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Shipping timelines are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carriers or events outside our control.
Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier accepts the shipment (to the extent permitted by law). For packages marked delivered but missing, contact the carrier first, then email us for support.
7) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By purchasing, you agree to that policy.
8) Product Care & Safety
Jewelry requires proper care. AVIRA is not responsible for damage caused by exposure to chemicals, moisture, force, or normal wear. Individuals with sensitivities should review product materials and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
9) Intellectual Property
All Site content (logos, text, photos, product images, designs) is owned by AVIRA or licensed to us and protected by U.S. intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10) User Reviews & Submissions (Optional Feature)
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant AVIRA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display such content for marketing and business purposes (e.g., website, email, social media). You represent that you own or have rights to submit such content.
We may moderate or remove content at our discretion.
11) Prohibited Uses
You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempts to access systems without authorization, introduce malicious code, scrape content, or violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
12) Privacy
Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information in compliance with applicable California and U.S. privacy expectations.
13) Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and Products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
14) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVIRA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. AVIRA’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the Product giving rise to the claim. Some California consumer protections may limit certain exclusions.
15) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AVIRA from claims arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
16) Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to jurisdiction and venue there.
17) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
18) Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
19) Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Return & Exchange Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AVIRA regarding your use of the Site.
