Shipping Policy
At AVIRA, each order is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to detail. Below you’ll find our shipping information to help set clear expectations.
1. Shipping Locations
At this time, AVIRA ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped:

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Economy Shipping: 3-5 business days

Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)
Please note that delivery timelines are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly noted at checkout and may be subject to minimum order requirements.
5. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees. AVIRA is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from address errors provided at checkout.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, AVIRA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package is missing:

8. Damaged Packages in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item.
We will review the issue and work with you to provide a resolution when applicable.
9. Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at anmol@aviracollective.co within 24 hours of placing your order.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has begun processing.
