Returns & Exchanges — AVIRA

At AVIRA, each piece is thoughtfully curated and handled with care. To uphold hygiene standards and the integrity of our craftsmanship, we follow a carefully defined return and exchange policy.


1. Eligibility & Timeframe

Requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Returned items must be shipped within the same 48-hour window to qualify.

Please note:
Custom pieces and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.


2. Condition of Items

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and unaltered, and must include all original packaging such as boxes, pouches, protective sleeves, and tags.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or modification will not be accepted.


3. Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit

If your request meets the eligibility requirements in Section 1 and the item passes inspection:

  • You may choose a refund, exchange, or store credit

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment

  • Exchanges for items of equal value are permitted

  • If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the price difference must be paid by the customer

Requests made outside the 48-hour window are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.


4. Custom & Personalized Orders

Orders customized in any way—including design adjustments, stone selection, color changes, or sizing—are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once confirmed.


5. Items Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund/store credit when appropriate.
Replacements are offered for the same item only. AVIRA is not responsible for return shipping costs.


6. Shipping Fees

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your original order included complimentary shipping, our standard shipping fee may be deducted from any refund or store credit issued.


7. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale or purchased from clearance collections are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Promotional items not marked Final Sale remain eligible if they meet return conditions and are requested within 48 hours.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, cancellations cannot be accommodated for custom orders.


9. Return Process

To initiate a return, exchange, or refund, email anmol@aviracollective.co within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

If approved, you will receive return instructions.


10. Packaging Requirements

All items must be securely packaged in their original packaging.
AVIRA is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping. Items returned damaged due to improper packaging may not be eligible for a refund or store credit, and reshipping fees may apply.
